We bake your order FRESH after you place your order. Typically orders ship out 7-12 business days from order date. You will receive tracking details when your package is on its way.
We always recommend eating your goodies as soon as possible. Warming them in the microwave for about 15-30 seconds is MAGIC. However, they last reasonably well at room temperature for about 7 days. If you plan to enjoy after 7 days from receiving your order, we recommend freezing them sealed in their packaging for up to 3 months. When you are ready to chow down, let your goods thaw at room temp for 30-45 minutes. We don’t recommend refrigerating as it can dry out the texture of the brownie/blondie.
YES! Even though we do not carry specialty items on our regular menu, we do make custom orders with diet restrictions and ingredients of your choosing. Shop our “build your own custom creation” and type in exactly what your diet restrictions are and what kind of brownie or blondie you would like. We will reach out with any necessary modifications. If you have any questions, shoot us an email! We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

If you are in southern California area you can find our products at The Gym Vista (2128 Thibodo Ct, Vista, CA 92081) and at 619Muscle located inside The Gym SD (2949 Garnet Ave San Diego, CA 92109).  We also moonlight on occasion at local Farmers Markets such as the Gaslamp Artisan Market in downtown San Diego and select Intheloop events in Temecula.
